Duties & responsibilities
He/she is (partly) responsible for:
Increasing customer satisfaction by speaking to remote customers in a customer-friendly and professional manner
- Improves customer satisfaction by speaking to customers professionally via phone, email and chat.
- Uses knowledge of products and product availability to best assist the customer within the first-line contact moment.
- Helps customers on their way within our organisation and connects customers to the appropriate colleague and/or department.
Increases customer satisfaction by speaking to customers on site in a customer-friendly and professional manner.
- Receives customers and guests in a hospitable, professional manner;
- Refers customers and guests to the appropriate colleague/department;
- Conducts commercial conversation with customers where necessary to encourage additional sales;
Ensures all orders are processed and encourages additional sales
- Processes orders and sells products to customers and advises on products with the aim of additional sales and repeat customers.
Profile
Knowledge and skills
- Commercial work experience is an advantage
- Command of the Dutch, French , English language in word and writing. German is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of operational computer systems
- Experience with telephone customer contact is a plus
